Booking
You can book the Prince Stanisław Apartment through Booking.com or directly — by phone (+48 728 295 890) or email (kontakt@apartamentlomza.pl). The other apartments currently take only enquiries about future dates. We consider a booking confirmed once the dates and details are confirmed by both sides (and, with Booking.com, once confirmed on the site).
Payment
For a booking through Booking.com — on the terms of the option chosen on the site. For a direct booking we accept BLIK, bank transfer and cash. We issue an invoice on request — ask for it no later than at check-in and provide your invoice details.
Hotel day and minimum stay
- check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00;
- minimum stay: 2 nights;
- earlier check-in or later check-out — subject to availability, by arrangement.
Check-in
Check-in is self-service and possible at any hour — before arrival you receive an individual code for the electronic lock, with no keys to collect. Please provide the full names of everyone using the apartment and your approximate arrival time.
Number of guests
The apartment may be occupied by no more than the number of people stated for it (Prince Stanisław Apartment — up to 2 people · Porucznika Łagody Apartment 1 — up to 2 people · Porucznika Łagody Apartment 2 — up to 4 people). Stays by more people, or parties, are not allowed.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The apartments are in residential buildings — please respect the neighbours' peace.
No smoking
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is completely prohibited inside the apartments. You may smoke outside the building.
Pets
A stay with a pet is possible only by prior arrangement — contact us before booking.
Cot
You can add a cot to any apartment for an extra charge — please request it when booking.
Parking
There is free public parking next to the buildings. We do not have designated bays and cannot guarantee a free space at any given moment.
Liability
The guest is liable for damage caused to the apartment and its fittings through their own fault or that of people for whom they are responsible. Please report any faults promptly.
Cancellations and changes
For a booking through Booking.com, the cancellation terms of the chosen option apply. For a direct booking, cancellation and date-change terms are confirmed individually at the time of booking.
