Booking and payment

You can book the Prince Stanisław Apartment on Booking.com or directly — by phone: +48 728 295 890 or email: kontakt@apartamentlomza.pl. The Porucznika Łagody apartments are in preparation — ask about dates by phone or email.
How can I pay?
Booking through Booking.com follows the site's rules. For a direct booking — BLIK, bank transfer or cash.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, on request. Please give your invoice details, ideally at the time of booking.
Can I rent an apartment for longer?
Yes. For weekly and longer stays we agree the terms individually — call to work out the details.

Arrival and departure

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Ask about an earlier arrival or a later departure — it can sometimes be arranged.
Is check-in self-service?
Yes. There are no keys — you enter the apartment on an individual code, through an electronic lock. You get the code before arrival and it works at any hour, with no need to meet the host.
I'm arriving late at night — is that a problem?
No. Check-in works around the clock, so a night arrival doesn't complicate anything.
